    The path to a customer and brand-oriented organisation

    The path to customer and marketing organizations have often grown historically and usually do not stand up to these requirements. We help you to set up your (marketing) organization more effectively and efficiently with a view to the corporate strategy as well as the necessary customer centricity and brand orientation. There is usually great potential for optimization in the professional, organizational design of marketing and brand management. Marketing and brand management need clear structures and processes. Often, however, the areas of responsibility are distributed among different parts of the company and responsibilities and roles are not clarified.

    Developing the screenplay

    To do this, we first record structures, marketing processes and responsibilities for different areas, content and measures in a dashboard. We identify important interfaces between the business units and all departments involved and make recommendations for the optimal distribution of responsibilities – within and between these areas. Following the RACI principle, we create clarity about the roles of individual people involved.
