We owe it to a manager at BASF that we have been around since 2001. The condition for winning the development of the global corporate brand strategy for BASF was the founding of a company. Within a few weeks, Prof. Esch & Associates GmbH emerged from the heart of university research. Due to the enormous time pressure we committed all mistakes in the brand development, which we would complain about at our customers. We started with a hand-knitted CD, then blue and gray and without giving ourselves an identity. In two intensive years, the brand identity and brand positioning for BASF and its implementation were developed with lasting success.
